The finished sock

This is the finished sock from the previous post. The yarn is a wonderful cotton/wool/nylon blend from Opal that was a gift from my knitting friend Sally she purchased the yarn while in Germany. The pattern is my old favorite of many years. Highland socks from a "Crazy Sock" leaflet. Long gone I am afraid. But I love this sock pattern. Now I have a pair and I am ahead on the years total. Does that mean a month with no sock knitting I don't think so!
