Some Beginning Goals

Hello All. I am so happy to be a part of the Gift-a-long! Last year, I did quite well in getting gifts done without stress, but I know that I can do better, and am pleased to have your support in this process. My goals for January are to:

1. Complete two partially done children's sweaters that are long overdue.
2. Complete a baby sweater for a shower on January 24th.
3. Continue working on a vest for my dad to be done before Father's Day.
4. One knit/fulled hat for Christmas 2008.

I am also a spinner and have my own flock of sheep as well as angora rabbits, so I am sure that many of my goals this year will include spinning and then knitting the yarns I create. I am also working very hard to reduce my stash, and start and finish projects rather than having lots of unfinished dreams around the house. I have never been great at finishing, as can be evidenced by all of the started projects and activities that I am surrounded by (art and sewing included), so I am really hopeful that 2008 can be a year of positive change for me.
